Fedorova Vlada Vitalievna

Founder of the international jewelry production holding company Fresh, Russia's jewelry industry leader since 2002, business psychologist.

In 1988 she graduated with honors from the Physics and Mathematics high school with advanced study of foreign languages, chemistry and biology. In 1991, graduated with honors from the Chechnya Basic Medical College. In 1999 she received a diploma with distinction from the Russian State Medical University. In 2005, received her diploma at the end of a course in psychology at the Higher School of Economics.

Starting from 2006 she has found several independent jewelry brands: Fresh Jewelry, Richj, Zaretti, and Martlet. Since 2013 she has been a lead expert at the Jewelry Trade Navigator magazine. In 2014, became a co-owner and managing partner of the Chinese jewelry factory QSY. Since 2015 she becomes an internationally recognized expert in the jewelry industry.

She is a legal support specialist in international trade, foreign economic activity, overseas manufacturing organization, and a turnkey personnel training.

Education

· In 1988 she graduated with honors from the Physics and Mathematics high school with advanced study of foreign languages, chemistry and biology (Grozny).
· In 1988, graduated from the School of Music in piano.
· In 1991, graduated with honors from the Chechnya Basic Medical College.
· In 1999, received a diploma with distinction in General Practice from the Russian State Medical University (Moscow).
· In 2001, completed her residency in surgery at the N.N. Blokhin Scientific and Research Center for Oncology in Moscow.
· In 2005, received her diploma at the end of a course in psychology at the Higher School of Economics.
· Speaks English.

Career
The next step for Vlada after acquiring decent education was professional work:
· In 1997 she interned at the Ministry of Internal Affairs as an analyst doctor.
· In 1999, began her career as a physician at the Department of Radioisotope Surgery at the N.N. Blokhin Scientific Research Center
In 2002 Vlada took the major decision to end her career as a doctor and radically change the profession.
· In 2006 she began creating independent jewelry brands, such as Fresh Jewelry, Richj, Zaretti and Martlet, and in 2014 became a co-owner and managing partner of the QSY jewelry factory in China.
· Since 2013 she has been a leading expert for the Jewelry Trade Navigator magazine, and in 2015 became a jewelry industry expert in the international market.
· Since 2021 she has been in the top 5 of jewelry industry experts in Russia.
